just one more...
OK, so this is the last Harry Potter thing I'm going to post for a while, promise!
But here are my photos from the Gleewarts Harry Potter book launch yesterday.
It was AWESOME!
There were some unreal costumes including an entire Quidditch team! My Madam Pince costume turned up a treat (I got the best tartan robe off of eBay) but Kris' owl-on-the-shoulder trick was the big hit of our group. A close second was Rob's Sirius Black (after my handiwork, thank you very much).
And Rob took some unbelievable shots (really, they make mine look like shit, but he does have his degree in photography, I guess he trumps me a wee bit)
I must say it was well worth getting up at 4:15 in the morning.
I'm off to read a bit more. But I will not read it in one sitting, I plan on taking a good week to finish it off.

Despite Amazon saying they couldn't guarantee a 7/16 arrival, sure enough, mine showed up yesterday as well, and I plan on starting it this afternoon. I'd like to set aside a week for it, but I'm too weak for a week and will probably have it done in 3 days, maybe 4

yeah, I think I finally went to bed at like 12 last night....I'm sure I'll be done much sooner than I want to be....and only one more book to go, *snif*

I totally tore through the whole book in under 24 hours - and I actually stopped to sleep and do other things too. All I'm going to say now is wow...
