'If memory serves'

I just finished watching Iron Chef (one of my many current vices, including Gorillaz Mahjong, with much thanks to Fluff as a Cat!)

And as it turns out Hiroyuki Sakai is coming to Sydney!!! AHHHH!!!!

Now, one of the SBS shows is giving one lucky viewer a chance to go along to The Observatory Hotel to see Sakai take on Galileo Restaurant chef Harunobu Inukai, so, yeah, I'll be entering, duh.

But as I am not, shall we say, a 'lucky' person I thought I'd see if Joe-general-public could come along to this culinary battle. Yeah, I could go. For $450 a head! Jeebuz on a pogostick, that is just insane! $900 for one dinner for two people? No, that's Ok, I'll just be content with dinner at Tetsuya's next month thank you very much.

Sakai rocks, but Roksubaro Michiba is my fav. I'd still kill to eat some Sakai cuisine tho...

Me too! I'd really love to win that dinner.
