mmmmm
How is it that I have lived on this earth for 35+ years without knowing how easy it is to make a quiche? Premade crust, eggs, some veg, a bit of cheese, bake and eat.
Toss in a loaf of sourdough bread from the ever popular Bourke Street Bakery and make a nice green salad and life is all good.
I think this week I'll try to make an asparagus and swiss cheese quiche one night. much goodness.
