pumpkin-a-rama
I made four, count them FOUR pumpkin pies today.
But not on purpose.
See, I made the classic Libby's Pumpkin Pie recipe from the back of the can. What I didn't count on was that American pie crusts are twice the size of Aussie ones. So I had to whip up a couple of puff pastry pie shells. They don't look so great but they taste ok...yes I've had a little nibble.
Rock on Thanksgiving! I'm sure we will be posting lots more pics very soon.
