Hallelujah!
Rock on the Eurovision Song Contest!
We went over to Kate's to watch it and were so happy to see Finnish hard rockers Lordi take the grand prize. (I'm sure they point to GWAR as one of their inspirations)
But how can you NOT love a song with lyrics like this:
The walls come down like thunderThe rocks about to roll
It’s the Arockalypse
Now bare your soul
'Arockalypse'? That's golden! I really really wish I could download a 'Hard Rock Hallelujah' ring tone.
But we also liked the guys from Lithuania, LT United, with their song, 'We are the Winners (of the Eurovision Song Contest)'. Ya gotta love the confidence.
