Goin' bush
We both had the afternoon off so after lunch we went to look at some of the bouldering up at Ku-ring-gai Chase this afternoon (as seen in the Sydney Bouldering Guide) and here's my tip:
If you decide to go climbing at the Chase put on your serious hiking shoes.
Most of the approaches involve a LOT of bushwacking and it might be a good idea to bring a broom to shoo away the spiders off the crag. eek! Maybe it's just because there has been some rain here lately, but there were no proper trails to the climbing areas, just lots of scrub and leaf litter.
But is was beautiful out there anyway, sunny and clear.
