I just figured out tonight who Shannan reminds me of.
The was he talks he reminds me of Eric Bana's character 'Con' from The Castle.
He's almost a caricature of an Aussie.
I keep wanting to hear him say, 'The food was a credit to the airline'
Good god, I have to stop watching this show.....

I think he's more like Wil Anderson's impersionation of Shannon Noll, with a bit of Steve Erwin.
