Climbing Weekend
We drove down to Nowra this Saturday to do a bit of climbing. It was mostly sunny and dry but there were gale force winds literally blowing people off of routes. (not us, some another team around the corner)
We found a nice wall that gave us a bit of shelter. (The Descent Gully Side Wall) I managed to do two climbs (Puppy and Pete's Two Bob)but due to my crappy circulation I spent most of the time trying to keep my hands warm. Boy, do I need a pair belay gloves (But thankfully I have a the hat/helmet combo!)
Does anyone know any sure fire methods for increasing circulation? Ginger? Exercise? Aspirin?
