Here's a list of the top 50 dystopian movies of all time. An interesting list. It's basically a list of my favourite films of all time...what does that say about me?
Some argued that Handmaid's Tale and Lord of the Flies should be on the list but I really don't think either are every good films, the books are awesome, but not the films. (then again...Starship Troopers is there...which I argue is basically a war flick)
Anyway, I might add The Truman Show and maybe even Blue Velvet. But those might be stretching the definition.
