happy newness
I used my new induction cooktop tonight.
So fancy!
It boils water so fast. The oven isn't quite ready for baking (that's for Sunday) but I made spag tonight in no time. So far I'm finding that I've got more control than gas. I never thought I'd say that.
We'll see how the new oven goes....cupcakes maybe?

Ooh, I've been wanting an induction cooktop for ages. I'm glad you like yours. We've got electric at the moment and it's awful compared to gas.
