The floors are stripped. yay! the walls/doors/trip still need more paint and holes need to to patched, but we have some progress. And I may just need to buy some rugs :)

]]>I can't believe after 10 years of living here we are moving into our own house. Not an apartment, not a town house, an actual house. With land and everything. I haven't lived in a house since I was like 12. It's going to be a big change. But a good change.
All our stuff is boxed up at the moment. It is very surreal. Towers and towers of boxes throughout the apartment, like some mini skyline of a place we used to live.
And at 7am tomorrow the movers come and take it all to the new place. And then I get the kitty back (he's in the kennel tonight...it's meant to be easier on him...well...that and the valium...)
And we don't quite have the internet tubes hooked up at the new place yet, so we will be withour blogs and the phone till Monday.
